Chillicothe’s wastewater treatment plant is a 4.6 million-gallon-per-day oxidation ditch treatment facility. The system has 70 miles of sewer line and processes an average of 1.4 million gallons per day.
CMU sewer service rates are based on your water meter size and water consumption. Each rate schedule has a flat rate as well as a variable cost based on the number of gallons of water consumed.
